Refund policy

• Aurum Theory's return policy allows eligible items to be returned within 14 days from purchase date. Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 
• To initiate a return, please email hello@aurumtheory.com and reference your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please briefly explain the reason for your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the refund on your statement. Banks and credit card companies normally take a few days to clear a transaction so please be patient if the refund does not show automatically. If it takes longer, please contact your credit card provider.
